Many people might think they have already tried Tongkat Ali

before but don’t find any benefit from it. I believe the main reason

is they needs to take in the correct amount of it. I mean the

potency of what they took are not sufficient. Those doses in

the instant coffee or the like are so minute that its like taking

nothing at all.  

  The potency doses I took are something like 100g of the dried

roots equivalent for 4 days to a week uses. For a generally

healthy person, they should felt its wonderful effects within

days. You have to know in what form, its potency and the

frequency to takes in order to fully enjoy the wonderful

effects from this natural wonder herb from the jungle,

Tongkat Ali.

South East Asia. Malaysia and Indonesia are the two confirm

main sources. Southern Thailand and Lower Myanmar should

also have it. Cambodia and Southern Vietnam are believe to

find out.

  So, my mission is to find out myself for sure whether those

others countries I mention, beside Malaysia and Indonesia,

really have Tongkat Ali in their jungles. I would love to know

booster call Tongkat Ali.

  I started using Tongkat Ali around year 2000 while working 

at a Hot Spring near Baling town in Kedah Malaysia.

The villagers there will go into the jungle around their

villages and bring back a few kilos of the roots whenever

they needs it.

  Because of my work involve a lot of physical strength and

long working hours, I was physically drained and felled

very tired after a few weeks of working at the Hot Spring.

Lucky that my local friends there suggested that I try

drinking Tongkat Ali roots herbal teh.

  They told me to boil the roots in water and drink it.

I used to cut the dried roots into small pieces. Put about

100g of the roots into one litter of water and boiled it

for two hours in a slow cooker. I will then mix it with

more drinking water to about 3 litter. It taste less bitter

then and I will drink it whenever I needs a drink.

  After drinking this Tongkat Ali roots boiled water for

about one week, I felled less tire and have more energy.

I really like the effect and it helps me a lot. So I have decided

to continue using  this wonder herb of the world called Tongkat Ali.
